Frequently asked questions

Products

Our tortillas are made with real, honest ingredients, free from gluten. However, since we bake bread daily (gluten-free bread available for “The Bocata”), there’s a chance of cross-contamination. Thank you for choosing us.

We offer a simple yet carefully crafted gastronomic proposal made with high-quality ingredients. From our olive oil to free-range eggs, and even the sourdough bread for our sandwiches, quality is non-negotiable.

Of course! At La Martinuca we have taken a historic step. Now, all our omelets are made with pasteurized eggs. We elevate the invisible: your safety and confidence.

Fresh egg that is pasteurized before entering our kitchens.

An imperceptible change to the palate, but essential to take care of those who choose us every day.

This is La Martinuca.

Our allergen menu is available at Café Bar de La Martinuca (Calle del Barquillo, 11, Madrid), or you can view it directly here.
